The acquisition of Talisman by Spanish integrated energy company Repsol was finalized on May 8th, 2015. In this new scenario, we will continue to confront current and future energy challenges in a way that demonstrates our commitment to the environment, and with innovation and technology at the foundation of all our projects. The combined company will continue to promote the well-being and economic growth of the communities where we do business.
