Talisman is working towards sustainable restoration in the Amazon jungle by using natural re-vegetation practices.

The pictures above show the restoration and regeneration process in an area of the Amazon jungle in Peru where we drilled an exploration well. The area was restored using re-vegetation with native species to ensure the affected area is restored favouring natural regeneration. This methodology is acknowledged and accepted by Peru’s environmental authorities.

We are currently executing reclamation work in wells 2x and 3x in Block 64, and in Runtusapa 1x in Block 101.
