Alcohol and Drug Policy Expectations for Employees and Contractors
Substance abuse is a growing concern in our society, and the impact on workplace safety and productivity is well documented.
To better manage alcohol and drug-related challenges in our workplaces, Talisman has updated its Alcohol & Drug Policy which applies to all Talisman employees and worksites in Canada.
The updated Alcohol & Drug Policy is provided within the companion document entitled “Alcohol and Drug Policy Expectations for Contractors”. This document outlines our expectations of contractors and will form part of all of our future service contracts.
We expect that contractors, employees, subcontractors and agents comply with these minimum requirements when working on Talisman business, premises and worksites.
