All students work with a team of professionals, making real contributions toward acheiving Company goals and objectives.

Ongoing mentorship and feedback are provided from the outset of each student's work term, when goals and objectives are set.
Who Do We Hire?
We typically hire Engineering, Geology, Geophysics, Accounting, Finance, Law, Information Technology and Petroleum Land Management students from schools across Canada and the U.S.
Training Opportunities
Various training opportunities are available throughout each work-term. Each student’s training program is dependent on his or her area of study and assigned projects.
Training opportunities include:
- Introduction to the Petroleum Industry;
- Software application training;
- Field orientation in drilling, completion or production activities;
- Engineering Students: Well testing, reserves evaluation, reservoir engineering, log interpretation, directional drilling; and
- Geology and Geophysics Students: Log interpretation and drill stem testing. Students participate in carbonate and clastic field trips.
Scholarships
We actively support post secondary education through a number of scholarship programs in Canada and around the world. Our commitment to education directly benefits students and provides a broader and more knowledgeable pool from which to recruit the future leaders of our Company.
